What A Vegan Eats- Sample Meals from a Few Lead Vegans

I'm often asked what I eat in a day. Well, I share a lot what I eat (templates of my daily meals anyway), but I thought you'd like to see what some very famous vegans eat in a day!

Today I enjoyed

  • homemade beet/carrot/celery/ginger/orange juice followed by oatmeal with maple syrup and apples-n-flax and black pumpkin spice tea with cream and sugar.
I love being vegan!!! Off to get some tofu to grill for this Labor Day.

Half of the plate is consisted of fruit and vegetables.

Cereal products occupy more than a quarter. That means whole grain, pastas, brown bread. Experts particularly suggest individuals to consume brown pasta and bread. This is because these food materials contain a lot of fiber and carbohydrate. Yet, they are very poor in terms of fat.

And protein occupies less than a quarter. Proteins are red meat, fish, cheese, hazelnut and legume.

As a separate meal, milk and dairy products should be preferred. These food materials containing protein can be consumed independent of main meal. For instance, you may have a bowl of yoghurt for snacks.

In order to lose weight in a healthy way, paying attention to what you eat is not enough on its own. Even if you do not go to gym on regular bases, you may do sports at home for half an hour and by doing simple exercises; this will make your body tight. By doing so, you may get rid of cellulitis or chap problems.
